Fine Arts Activity Sheet

The Problem:Heavy Rains and Mudslides severely damaged several homes in the Hollywood Hills.
                                    You are part of a design team that will remodel 4 homes for four clients.

Client A has a split-level house and prefers contemporary artwork and furniture.

Client B has a ranch-style home with cavernous rooms and desires Southwest furniture
           and artwork.

Client C lives in a home with high ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Client C has
           an eclectic design preferences and requests a design scheme which will spotlight her
           ethnic art collection.
Client D resides in a traditional home with early  American architecture and artwork.

Your Task:

1.  Search our art directory web sites on the attached handout as you would a catalog or sample book.
2. Find artwork & furniture that will appeal to each client.
3. Develop a design portfolio document in MS Word to highlight your recommendations.
    Include a page that gives an artist credit citation  for each piece.
4. Please have your design portfolio ready to display for a  client meeting on :
